What a Panel or Service Upgrade Covers

Every job is different, so we look first. A typical job can include a new panel, new breakers, clearly labeled circuits, grounding and bonding, and new circuits for the equipment you’re adding. Service upgrades usually involve the utility and the required NYC filings. We coordinate with Con Edison for the disconnect, meter, and reconnection. We’ll tell you what your building needs before work starts.

Because we also install ductless mini-splits and EV chargers, we can plan the panel for what’s coming next, not just what’s there today. Patch and paint at the work areas is available as an option when the work is done.
